Entrance Fee

Entrance fee is £38 per entrant. All race profit goes to Cancer Research UK and Naomi House Children's Hospice. Raise funds through sponsorship for your own favourite charity.

The Competition

• 200m pool swim
• 17km bike road racing
• 5km run (in the grounds of Wellington)

Please note that there is a minimum age for entry of 16 years.

Prizes in 2008 (to be confirmed)

• Goodie bag, medal, & T-shirt for every competitor
• £10 voucher for first 10 men & first 10 women, kindly donated by iBike
• Free swimming analysis sessions for the first man and woman in both under 35 and over 35 sections, kindly donated by TriSport Coaching UK
• Free bike inspection - a staff member of iBike will provide a general inspection of competitors' bikes to ensure that they are fit to ride (please don't confuse this with a bike service !). We'll offer our professional opinion as to whether they are roadworthy and can provide advice as to what action may be necessary to ensure they are safe to ride.
• Berkshire Cycles have kindly donated 3 bikes as prizes. Two of these will be used for those raising the most sponsorship. The third will be a prize in a free draw for all the marshals and helpers. See details of how you can win one of these bikes.
• All competitors (those that have signed up) will be entitled to a 10% discount on all clothing and accessories at iBike, excluding items already 'On Sale'. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion running at the same time. The offer is valid for a period up to 1 month after the event, proof of entry is required.
• Massage available on the day from Sally Kent and colleagues, available either as a pre-event warm up, or post event relaxation / working on those niggles and sore limbs! No charge will be made but a donation to the charities would be appreciated.
• Wellington College have waived their joining fee for any participating triathletes who would like to join the Sports Centre before the end of July 2008
