More new sign ups with Nonsuch Mansion web and internet services including CRM to help launch this fantastic venue for Bovingdons!

We are moving to stage two with BroadbaseUK to automate their payroll in a complex multi event staffing business that counts some of the biggest and most presigious UK events amongst its clients. ICS Comms finally place an order with us for FastTrackMarketing after we first gave John's company an order ourselves - fifteen years ago!
Quay Marinas will expand their use of AXLR8MailArchive with a FastTrackMarketing system initially starting with their eQuay newsletter joining several dozen users for this growing product success. Client marketing data will be automatically synchronised from all lgacy HavenStar marina management systems across the British Isles so clients receive up to date information appropriate to their location and use of the services.

AXLR8 Triathlon 2009 is a great success! Well done to all the 80 marshals, 30 commercial sponsors and all the entrants and their famlies and friends. Bigger and better than ever with around 1200 people involved on the day. The first chunk of just over 10k in cheques has been handed to the charities by Bracknell Mayor Bob Wade.

We are hoping to beat the 18,710 total raised last year.

Web service passing jobs between our client Floorplanz and their business partner FirstHIPs allows jobs to be logged on each company's client portal and the relevant work is passed into the job tracking system of the other. This allows both companies to build on their excellent reputations with the estate agency and other property professional segments in one of the toughest markets for decades.

Together with the increased service provided to their clients, this system provides cost, efficiency and other benefits for everyone concerned.

Leading supplier of qualified event staff, Broadbase UK buy into AXLR8 events management system and purchase enhancements for managing event staff.  Since welcoming them to the client list and holding a requirements workshop in late March, we have delivered the system customisations so fast that the original pilot events which were planned for June 26th have been substituted with earlier ones on May 9th and 10th at the same venue (Wembley National Stadium).

Azego Sage integration project goes live linking Boris Global Trader with Sage Accounts.

Thousands of multi currency transactions with differing tax codes from all over the world are synchronised with sales and purchase ledger of a Sage accounting system.

More than six licences of FastTrackCRM sold to new name clients in the first month of launch up to mid January and all installed and working by the end of January!

New development won involving more development  of the Sage integration, quotations, and online sales modules of FastTrackCRM. Abadine Catering procure system and it is delivered well ahead of deadlines.  The system builds on our experience of Actinic online functionality and also uses the newly developed "121mailing" (permission based marketing) facilities of FastTrack Marketing. (www.FastTrackMarketing.co.uk).  This system was launched in January with several clients taking it up.

2009 Triathlon filling up fast.  This year the event should raise even more funds for the two chosen charities: Cancer Research UK and ThamesValley and Chiltern Air Ambulance Service.

Actors Centre Room Bookings goes live and the old paper based system on large A0 boards is dumped and the boards are ceremonially recycled. This new development will also be complemented by the on line bookings system which is planned to go live in January.  One other advantage of the AXLR8 system was that, because it was in the "Cloud", the whole Actors Center admin function could move out of their offices in W1 whilst they were refurbsihed for a few months and there was no downtime at all.  The systems installed internall that had to be moved (such as the internal Exchange mail server) obviously had some migration problems moving out and moving back in again.

Product Planning for FastTrack CRM HTML eMarketing facility completed. Rapidly rebranded as FastTrackMarketing.  Immediate tractionm amongst installed base trial clients.

Leicester County Council go live with AXLR8 FOI Request Tracker system. Email alerts are sent to Leicester FOI Officers when a request is logged for them, and reminders after set numbers of days have elapsed if the request is still open. The Triathlon 2008 charity donations have now started to slow down with a total to date of a fabulous, record breaking £17,600 (and some change) collected. This is a great achievement for all concerned - especially the 30 commercial sponsors and 80 volunteer helpers. Well done to all those participants who raised sponsorship!

The Triathlon has already raised £11k in cash collected and there is another £3k pledged. The day was rated very highly by all entrants as shown by comments on the main forums. Entries for the AXLR8 Triathlon have exceeded the venue limit. More than 1000 competitors and spectators will be present on the day for what is now one of the leading sporting events of the year in this area of Berkshire and catching up with some of the bigger running events, the Three Counties Cycle and other great local community occasions. The AXLR8 Triathlon attracts people from the South Coast to as far as Milton Keynes with many coming from much further afield. The sponsorship from local and national businesses has been astounding with business owners providing hundreds and in some cases more than a thousand pounds worth of prizes, services and goody bag contents! Their help means virtually all the money goes to the two charities: www.cancerresearchuk.org and www.naomihouse.org.uk. The most generous (and the 80 volunteer helpers every year) are unlikely ever to benefit financially. See this link for more information on who they are, though! Particular mention needs to be made for Speedy Hire and Allen and Foxworthy Scaffolding who build the transition zone every year.

AXLR8 have won and implemented a number of new applications and web based systems for clients building on steady growth in FY 2007/8. In the property industry, we have completed and relaunched the Parkhomeseller site for long term client Seekers to coincide with their leading printed catalogue in that marketplace. In the NFP/public sector AXLR8 have won a contract to build a private information sharing and forum portal for interested parties persuing environmantal projects on Dartmoor.

30% up on entries for the AXLR8 Triathlon compared to the same time last year.

The date was set back in November for the 2008 AXLR8 Triathlon. Hopefully we can raise another £14k for the two chosen charities www.cancerresearchuk.org and www.naomihouse.org.uk. This will bring the total funds raised for the five years to £50,000 as well as having created a great event for our local community that reaches out to the entire region. Competitors come from the South Coast and Cornwall up to Scotland and from all over London and the M4 corridor up to about Bristol.
We already have a few early bookings and one lady has bought an entry for her husband for his Christmas present!

Many new implementations took place last month. Too many to mention but:
Tower Hamlets have invested in the AXLR8 FOI system following 38 other local authorities to make it the most popular document library and request tracking system and one of the most installed systems of any type in the notoriously fragented local government market! More than a thousand historical EIR, DPA and FOI requests have been imported and the system is ready for its live launch in January 2008.
The Actors Centre have sucessfully implemented the AXLR8 Events and Membership system for their training course bookings and subscription payment systems. Hundreds of courses have been booked live. Next phases include members', teachers' and public web views and booking/accounts areas. An exciting project we have all enjoyed and look forward to doing much more.
Other clients took up the ever popular AXLR8 Job Tracking and AXLR8 Professional Services Automation systems to automate their customer service offerings.
